- Discussion of the new statutes *
* For this Extraordinary General Meeting, a 2/3 majority is required to deliberate on the changes to the statutes.
If two thirds of the members are not present, the meeting is suspended and referred to a new Extraordinary General Assembly. (Date to be determined)
At this second Extraordinary General Assembly, the vote of the members present is sufficient to approve the new statutes by a 2/3 majority.
